112 Kaimanawa Street, Palmerston North is the centre where our specialist engineering is carried out. Derek and Kathleen Smyth purchased the company from the Brunton family in 2006. Covering an impressive 1309m2, Brunton Engineering relocated in 2008 to better cater for the increasing needs of their expanding client base.

With a very dedicated team (some engineers have been with the company for 11 years) and a well equipped workshop, Brunton Engineering is designed to be customer focused. Our systems, layout and company culture enable us to give clients confidence, peace of mind and value for money.
Our team sets themselves high goals and as such we are able to run a very efficient workshop. We pride ourselves on “first time, on time, every time.”

Bragging rights from our active social events are highly sought after! Derek has made front page news with his passion for off-road 4wding and social events reflect this desire to excel. Social events have included fishing, bowling, racing, jet boats and barbeque get togethers.
